A1. Close-grip decline chest press 6 x 3 reps
A2. 1-arm bent over DB row 6 x 3 reps
B1. Straight arm lat pulldown 1 x 7 reps, 1 x 5 reps, 1 x 3 reps
B2. Rack Pull 1 x 7 reps, 1 x 5 reps, 1 x 3 reps
